Millennia Wellness MD FAQ

Weight Loss and
Wellness Services

Do you take insurance?

No, We do not take insurance. We are a cash-only model clinic, but we firmly believe that investing in your health now, can save you money long term by preventing hospital stays, doctor visits, medication costs, etc. in the future.
Our Doctor, Biju Mathew, MD, is an internal medicine trained physician, who has extensive training as a hospital physician with a background in lifestyle, functional and prevention medicine.
Our clinic prioritizes preventative care, aiming to restore patients’ health to an optimal level in order to prevent chronic disease. Functional Medicine takes a different approach by identifying and treating the root cause of chronic disease. It considers the patient, rather than focusing solely on a specific disease or symptom. This approach is both science-based and personalized. Lifestyle Medicine, on the other hand, utilizes lifestyle interventions, also known as “therapeutic lifestyle changes,” to prevent, treat, and even reverse chronic disease. By addressing lifestyle factors, this method aims to improve overall health outcomes.
We offer telemedicine visits for follow-up appointments. We prefer to have the initial consultation with the provider to assess body composition, conduct bloodwork and to create a unique health plan for you.
All health programs at Millennia Wellness MD are created specifically for each patient; however, we try to keep costs as low as possible. Additional peptides, supplements, medications, and vitamins can increase out of pocket cost. We do offer payment plans for those who qualify.

Yes, we do. We offer financing through CareCredit to those who qualify.

We only see adults ages 18 and up. But we do provide health coaching for families who want to learn to practice a healthier lifestyle together.
